• You must be at least 18 years old to enter a paid competition.
• Paid entry is available only where skill-based competitions with entry fees are permitted; the operator may restrict entry by jurisdiction.
• One account per person. Multiple accounts, shared accounts and account transfers are not allowed.

Entry fees are shown before checkout and are charged by Stripe at the moment you confirm. An entry buys one attempt at the challenge instance you joined. Entries are final once the instance is scored, except where a competition is voided by the operator.

• 80% of entry fees form the prize pool for that instance; 20% is the platform share.
• Prizes are credited to your Playcation wallet after the instance closes and results are verified.
• Wallet credit is a record of amounts owed to you and can be used for future entries or withdrawn where withdrawal is supported.

Automation, scripting, screen sharing between competitors, multi-accounting and any attempt to obtain a challenge solution before playing are prohibited. Runs produced this way are voided and the account may be suspended without refund.

Competitions, tiers, pricing and features can change. We may pause or void an instance if a generation, scoring or payment fault is detected; affected entries are refunded to wallet credit.

The app is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect losses, and total liability for any claim is limited to the entry fees you paid in the preceding thirty days.
